Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 2 days of delivery. Certain items are not eligible for return (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at cbysindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send the product. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed after 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exceptions: We may offer replacements or store credit in certain situations.

Cancellations:

* If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

* We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our return policy.

Our Discretion:**

* We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion.
